Americium Ionization Energy

The Americium Ionization Energy is the energy required to remove from atom one mole of electrons with subsequent production of positively charged ion of Americium.
Am -> Am+ + e-
This process can be repeated many times, but the energy cost is increased dramatically. The general equation for the Americium is:
AmN+ -> Am(N+1)+ + e-

Ionization Energy

Am -> Am1+ = 578.2 kJ/mol = 138.33 Kcal/mol
